cycle 1, part 4

for this video, i basically took the last 10 seconds of
chelsea's part and played off of it ...

the segment she sent me was this:


as far as i could tell, this was a video of a girl looking at a leaf
in a darkly lit room. i only guessed that maybe it was an elevator.
soo, i decided to make an elevator piece. haha
(luckily, i was right! she was in an elevator!!)

my basic concept behind this small piece was to create my basic impression
of an elevator. for me, elevators remind me of three things:
1. buttons that light up (loved these as a kid!)
2. drunk friends
3. doors, portals to another space/dimension

if you watch my piece, its pretty obvious which is what and where.
i added the viewfinder effect primarily to change things up a bit and
to transition from her pov of the girl in the elevator to a more
first person view ..
