funny i should have this picture taped onto my desk ...
over the past couple days, we've been considering how plausible the option of just
not paying our water bill until its been fixed is. maybe even stop paying rent until
the apartment gets to the bottom of the issue.

how would that play out?

i mean, how much do we really rely on running water every day to function and carry
out our daily activities. answer: A FREAKING LOT!
dunno if we could do it.

here's a short list of things we'd have to go without:

. drinking water
. warm and cold showers
. use of the toilet
. the dishwasher
. no clean clothes
. nothing to boil for food
. clean hands

uhh. guess the list ain't THAT long.
but everything there is importaaant. haha
