this stage for me was actually extreeeeeemely hard.
which is something that really surprised me,
given the generally pretty liberal nature of this project.
honestly, one can do just about anything, right?
nevertheless, coming up with an idea and putting
it to action, i.e. creating what it is that is in your head
is suuuuper craaazy hard. especially when you can't
create any material yourself. sure, i know that there are
literally a bajillion sources of images and videos all
over, but finding exactly what you need is near next to
impossible to do in so little time. i ended up spending most
of my time just surfing and surfing and surfing and surfing
the web. hoping that i might stumble upon what i need.
its weird how having soo much at your fingertips makes it
all the more difficult to narrow it all down to what you really need.
i had actually a whole bunch of ideas that i wanted to test out
and try. unfortunately, i decided that i wanted to tackle all of them
at once, which drove me insane. i kept banging my head against
the wall trying to narrow my idea down to one simple "achievable"
concept/plan. "achievability" proved to be its own wall as well.
haha. for example. i came up with the idea, at one point in time, to
try my hand at a kind of phonetic translation.
ex. buffalax's famous "benny lava"

i had even narrowed down my choice of songs to two that
i thought were perfect. i then sat down and began to try and literally
translate what i heard. insaaaaaaaanely hard!
this man must have had some talent!!
could not for the life of mee get anything tangible or even funny
on paper ... no matter how many time i repeated the sonng.
(here are the two i chose btdubs:

noooot eaaasy ://
in general, my first impression of this project has changed completely.
i am in total and complete disarray. everything i start never seems
to end up good enough it seems. its kind of interesting though,
in that it is really testing my creative capabilities.
but most of all,
its really testing my patience...
